Pathways RTC Launches New Website
Our new website's "responsive" layout makes content readable at any screen size, from smartphone or tablet to large desktop monitor. Additionally, visitors can now stream previous webinar recordings directly – rather than downloading media files. An improved publications search interface will help visitors more easily find research that is relevant to them. Focal Point articles from the newest issues are available right on our website as text without having to download a PDF. Other new accessibility features make our content more readily available to readers of all abilities.

Previous Pathways RTC Project Better Futures Is Recognized by CEBC
The California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse (CEBC) for Child Welfare has included Better Futures in its program registry. The CEBC identifies and shares information about evidence-based practices with a goal of helping agencies implement efficacious programs. The Better Futures Project discovered effective ways to help young people in foster care with mental health challenges plan and enroll in college or vocational training.

Upcoming KSOC-TV Webisode – Improving Health Outcomes for LGBTQI2-S Youth of Color
KSOC-TV will feature a panel of experts who will share evidence-based strategies for helping LGBTQI2-S youth of color. State and local community leaders, health care providers, child- and youth-serving agencies, schools, LGBTQI2-S supporting organizations, and caregivers are encouraged to watch and participate in the webisode.

Youth MOVE Wants to Hear from Young Adults!
Are you (or do you know) a young adult between the ages of 18 – 27? Who has lived experience in the foster care system? And willing to share ideas about how the effects of state health policies? Eligible participants will share their lived experiences in a safe, supportive and confidential 90-minute web-based focus group.

Learning Community on Understanding Youth Who Are Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity / Expression Diverse
Date/Time: Thursday, February 23, 2017, 12pm – 1:30pm PT / 3pm – 4:30pm ET
This Family Leaders Learning Community (LC) will help family organization leaders respond to issues facing LGBTQI2-S youth and their families. It will focus on terminology and the diversity within and among LGBTQI2-S communities, as well as information on when children and teens may begin to express gender identity questions.
