Upcoming Webinar: How Effective Are Transition Programs for Youth and Young Adults: Findings from the Healthy Transition Initiative

Date/Time: Tuesday, June 21, 10am PDT / 1pm EDT

This webinar will report on National Outcomes Measures (NOMs) data gathered from seven Healthy Transitions Initiative (HTI) grantees, 19 local communities, and over 1500 young people (ages 16-25). The analysis will explore change in terms of social connectedness, mental health symptoms, and daily functioning. Limitations of the data and their effect on interpretation of the results will also be discussed.

Pathways Transition Training [enable images to see]

Pathways Transition Training Partnership (PTTP) Preliminary Evaluation

Project PTTP has created ten one-hour online training modules designed to build the capacity of direct service providers who are working with youth and young adults aged 14-29 with mental health difficulties, and their families. Preliminary evaluation results show that these modules are feasible and effective for improving self-assessment of competence.
