New Article: Predicting Positive Education Outcomes

Pathways researchers were recently published in a special, "overflow" issue of JBHS&R dedicated to interventions and programs that are successful in improving outcomes for emerging adults who experience serious mental health conditions. This article describes findings suggesting that programs and practices based on positive youth development approaches can improve education outcomes for these emerging adults.

Webinar: Family Support for Transition-Aged Youth

Pathways RTC’s September 29th webinar will focus on working successfully with families who have a transition-aged young person (14-29) currently experiencing mental health difficulties. This webinar will discuss family experiences, and the impact of age and cultural background. Additionally, panelists will talk about the research and training that's needed to better support families.

New Webinar Recording: Systems Collaboration

Nancy Koroloff and researchers from Transitions RTC recently presented a webinar on collaboration between child and adult serving systems. They describe findings about how these systems do and don’t work together as well as offering recommendations for greater cross-system collaboration.

Teens, Health and Technology

In June 2015, researchers from Northwestern University published results from a national survey of teens about their internet use. This study examines how often teens use technological platforms for health information, what topics they are most concerned with, and how satisfied they are with the health information they find.
