New Article: Community and State Systems Change

This article focuses on efforts to create systems change in communities that received grants under the federally funded Healthy Transitions Initiative (HTI). This article also reviews the development of a measure to assess system change efforts and describes the findings that emerged when the measure was used to assess the change that occurred in the HTI sites.

Webinar Recording: Addressing Homelessness Among Transition-Age Youth

Researchers from Pathways RTC presented a social network support perspective on homelessness among youth aging out of foster care. Their presentation included data on how depleted social networks combined with the sudden ending of formal relationships contributes to housing insecurity/homelessness among this group. Based on these findings, the presenters made intervention and policy recommendations.
